Welcome to the fourth and final installment of this series!

At this point, you have some serious skills and know-how in creating Super-Amazing-Incredible Affirmations.

In Part One, you learned how to craft them.

In Part Two, you learned about the key component of believability.

And in Part Three, you learned about the importance of saturating your consciousness with your Super-Amazing-Incredible Affirmations.

What’s left?

Execution

No, it’s not as drastic as it sounds. No one is going to be killed off in this last step.

Except for your final resistance to your affirmations.

So what’s the most important factor in execution?

It’s this:

Saying your affirmations with feeling.

Let’s say you’re working with the affirmation: My life is more amazing than I ever would have imagined!

When you say this – or sing it, or read it, or listen to it – you want to make sure you’re activating a sense of excitement.

For some of us, this is easy. Some people are just naturally excitable.

In that case, all you have to do is remember to get all frothy with excitement when you say/speak/read/listen to your affirmations.

But others of us, myself included, are not always so quick to jump on the Excitement Bandwagon.

In my case, I have a tendency to live in my head.

Indeed, I have a long-term lease there.

So feeling things isn’t always my go-to strategy.

For people like me, it’s often most effective to speak or sing my affirmations.

Here’s why:

Reading or listening to my affirmations can keep me in my head. Giving my affirmations voice brings them more fully in my body – which is one step closer to feeling them.

I also remember to speak or sing my affirmations as if I believe them.

It’s helpful here to really ham it up.

This is good whether you’re a feeling-type or not. The more you speak or sing your affirmations with Big Fat Gusto, the more they’ll get activated in your consciousness.

Really get into it! Imagine speaking or singing to a huge crowd of people, convincing them of your passion.

Or if huge crowds aren’t your thing, imagine that you’re speaking to your closest peeps – or pets.

On the other hand, there are times when reading or listening to affirmations is more convenient. Like when other people are around.

In that case, a good way to amplify feelings – even for the heady types – is to smile.

I like to smile one of those enigmatic Mona Lisa smiles. Like I’m in on a big secret.

Though the secret will be out soon enough.

When your affirmations kick in and transform your life.

So thank you for joining me on this little journey.

Have fun with your Super-Amazing-Incredible Affirmations. And let me know how it’s going!
