I like adding the three specific intentions.

I also add a few deep breaths to let the blood start flowing before I stand up and do my morning routine. Maybe it takes 20 seconds. I am worth it!]]></description>

Here&#039;s one idea: If you&#039;re not a morning person, perhaps setting an intention before you go to bed the night before is the way to go.
