I just slow my breathing down and repeat to myself with each breath in “I’m breathing in”, and with each breath out “I’m breathing out”. When thoughts pop up, I allow them to pass, and go back to my breathing chant 😴 It helps me fall asleep. I also love your idea, Z, to repeat something comforting, like “All is well”]]></description>
