Dear Melissa & Z,
Thanks for these suggestions
& ideas for appreciating the process & making it through difficult challenges.
My dear brother recently passed over the rainbow bridge. I’ve sadness at loss & joy for him being out of struggles & pain.
Gratitude, prayer, meditation, singing, drumming, painting connecting with supportive friends & family & doing my grief work at a special alter to him are helping. When others are in charge of grave side & Celebration of life, put off to May 2025, I’m coping doing my process now. Blessings can occur even during grief over death or big change like the political ones. Love you guys!
