Spellbinding. My takeaway wasn’t yours, Z – i kinda already get that challenges are here for us to evolve. BUT, what hit me was the part where what you think about another person (even if you don’t speak it or act it out) is an energy field that lands on that person. So if I think a negative idea about someone, it lands on them and sticks with them and the behavior I don’t like just continues, maybe even stronger. Ahá! That stopped me short. I plan to shift. It was a real gift. Thank you, Z!
