When Eckhardt Tolle’s work became popular, she said something that has always stuck with me. She said the goal was not to get rid of the ego, but to create an ego that was in service to the soul. I love that. Which really fits in with the work of the Untethered Soul… in that we create our ego and personality. And your story of not letting it be in charge. Lots of breath work needed for sure.
