Spirit created everyone. That means that Spirit created the person I love the most as well as the person I hate the most. Hmmmm. Does this mean that my hatred is misguided? It does. When I see someone with hatred, I am not in alignment with Spirit. Today I practice extending compassion to everyone, even those that bother me. If I need to, I start small. Every movement toward love is a good one.
