Not everything in my life is meant to stay there. When I realize it’s time to part ways with something or someone, I meditate on the best way to separate. Do I want to have a formal goodbye? Do I want to ask others to help me let go? How can I best honor the past and move into the future? If I’m not sure of the answers, I allow time for Spirit to bring me the clarity I need to let go.

I love this metaphor. Thank you. Some things you can bring into consciousness and then let go – as simple as that. Some things take repeated or lengthy excavation and are let go a layer at a time. Still simple, really… just not necessarily easy or quick. Excavation, pruning, and nipping things at the bud… or nourishing a new bud. Hard, sometimes dirty work. And so worth it in the end. Thank you.
Hi Marina,
I love the way you describe things. This is beautiful. Thank you.
