The older I get, the wiser I get. Even if I had to do some stupid things to get smarter, I am always learning and growing. Today I ask Spirit to help me release any false beliefs about aging. I celebrate my resilience. I celebrate my experience. I celebrate my wisdom. There are so many positive things about getting older. Today I find and appreciate all of them!
