From a spiritual perspective, no one is any better or worse than anyone else. The world, however, has different opinions. As a citizen of the world, it’s only natural that some of the world’s prejudices lodge in my mind. But that’s the beauty of spiritual practice! It can help me unlearn lies and embrace the truth. Today I search for “better/worse than” lies in my mind. And I ask Spirit to help me release them!
