Today, I am aware of my inner child. I love this sweet one within me. I treat them as I would a child in real life: with love, care, and kindness. I am gentle with my inner child. I pamper them in healthy ways. As I love them, they feel safe. As they feel more safe, they come out and play more. As they play, my whole life is more fun. Loving my inner child is healing. I heal myself today.
