Gratitude practices are wonderful. But what about finding gratitude for myself? That’s a new level! A lot of us have internal ticker tapes of our faults and shortcomings running 24/7. Today I change the focus. I cultivate a ticker tape of love and appreciation for myself. I may speak my appreciation aloud. Or write it down. Or sing it. There’s lots to love about me. Today I find the lots!
