The world is full of all kinds of ideas, including about aging. I am also full of all kinds of ideas, including about aging. This is good news! I’m in charge of my ideas, and I can change them when needed. Today I take inventory. Do I still hold any negative views of aging? If so, I do what I can to replace them with positive ones. And I ask Spirit for help!
