Just because someone else is crabby and ornery doesn’t mean I have to be. Indeed, it is when faced with ornery crankiness that I have the opportunity to be Loving No Matter What. Adopting this approach of Loving No Matter What makes me incredibly resilient. Whatever comes my way, I can love it. I can treat it with kindness and care. This includes myself. Loving No Matter What makes me strong.
