Yes is a wonderful word. That’s why it’s important that I say it to myself as well as others. Indeed, when I start out saying Yes to myself, the Yes I share with others is that much more powerful. Yes, I stand up for myself and nurture my mind, body, and spirit. Yes, I move out into the world, a vital and potent presence. And Yes, I allow Spirit to guide me through the entire process.
