When I’ve known someone a long time, there’s a lot that doesn’t need to be said. A look or a word can transport us both into fits of laughter and joy. It’s the same with my relationship with the Divine. The more time I spend communing with Spirit, the more I know Spirit’s heart as mine. I know I am safe. I am loved. I share the joy and comfort of Spirit in every moment. Just like an old friend.
