Traveling the spiritual path is full of surprises. I think I totally understand my life and where I’m going, and then – Bam! A whole new truth and reality enter the picture. The best way to approach life’s unpredictability is remain open. Open to surprises. Open to changes. Open to the wonder and mystery of Spirit. The more open I am, the easier it is to navigate the twists and turns. I may even enjoy them!
