Daily spiritual practice is the bedrock of my life. As I practice every day, my faith is strengthened. I get lighter and lighter. As I practice daily, I become more willing to practice daily! The payoffs are so great. And the deepening relationship with Spirit is so rich. I am grateful for my willingness.
