Life is not that serious. Little children know this. That’s why they love to play. If I catch myself thinking that everything is verrrrrrry serious, I know it’s time to reconnect with the part of me that knows how to have fun. If it’s been a long time since fun and I have connected, I allow myself to explore different avenues of play until I find one I like. I deserve to experience the joy of life. I deserve to have fun!
