Feelings are my friends. That doesn’t mean that I always like all my feeling friends! It can be easier to embrace feelings like joy and hope. Feelings like sadness and anger can be tougher to endure. But they’re all my friends. And they’re all a part of me. As I learn this, I grow closer to the tougher feelings like sadness and anger. I feel their beauty and their wisdom. They make me whole.
