I am what I eat. Of course, I am much more than that. I am body, mind, and spirit. But what I put into my body makes a big difference. Today I notice what I eat. Then I notice how it makes me feel. Do I feel energized? Or do I feel depleted? Am I at peace? Or am I controlled by cravings? As I make a commitment to nurture my body with nourishing foods, my body responds with joy, energy, and aliveness.
