Being mean never works. When I’m mean to other people, it damages the relationship. When I’m mean to myself, it makes me cranky and sad. Today I release the mean! I look for ways to uplift myself and others. If my thoughts are veering toward mean, I pull them back to kindness. I notice the positive aspects of myself and others, and I give gratitude for them out loud. I’ll never be sorry about that!
