Having my boundaries violated is not one of my favorite things. There are lots of ways I’d rather spend my time! That’s why the word No is so fantastic. I can say No to anything. I can say No at any time, even if I said Yes in the past. I am in charge of my life, and I get to choose what I want to do and whom I want to spend my time with. Do I want to the elephants to come over? No, thank you!
