I am at choice in every moment. What are my choices today? Am I grateful for all I have? Am I grateful for who I am and how far I’ve come? If not, I get my gratitude on today! I start with things I can genuinely feel grateful for. Then I move on to things that don’t usually spark gratitude in me. What do I appreciate about those things? How are they helping me grow? Next thing I know, I’m feeling grateful for everything.
