The best things in life are free. When it comes to spiritual practice, this phrase couldn’t be more true. Sure, I may choose to spend money on a spiritual retreat or class, but I can also simply sit down and breathe. Spirit is always available to me, and the more I make myself available to Spirit, the richer my life becomes. Today I make myself available.
