I am safe. I am loved. In the midst of conflict and fear? I am safe. I am loved. In the midst of confusion and despair? I am safe. I am loved. All the time, everywhere I go? I am safe. I am loved. I can never be apart from the safety and love of Spirit. I may turn away from this safety and love, convincing myself it isn’t there. But no matter. I am safe. I am loved. When I’m feeling lost, I can remind myself of the truth.
