I do not need to let the tasks of my life overtake me. I can step back. I can get some perspective. I can take out a pen or an electronic device and make of list of what is mine to do, what is someone else’s to do, and what is Spirit’s to do. After I make my list, I release what is no longer mine. I breathe in the air of freedom afforded by my simple list. I am grateful for my willingness to release and let go.
