As I welcome new good into my life, I may bump up against old messages. Messages that tell me I’m not worthy of good things. It can be hard to discount these old ideas. They may be deeply embedded. But Spirit can help me release them. As a creation of Source, I am fundamentally worthy. As I deepen my connection with Spirit, my intrinsic worthiness shines brighter every day. I rock!
Ooft, Z!!! This hits today! We were living the dream for a few weeks in the new house… and then the rest of life waved on in…. Trying to surf the waved but it’s several big ones… I feel myself slipping under…. And all I can think of is my meditation cushion. My refuge. So look for me there!!!
