My body is so smart. It knows what it needs in every moment. When I don’t listen to it, it gets louder. As it gets louder, things can get out of balance. Today I practice listening to my body before it has to shout. Hello, body. What do you need? Are you hungry? Do you need to rest? Do you want to move? Whatever my body says, I listen and respond. The more I do this, the healthier I become. Thank you, body!
