If I’m feeling disconnected from Spirit, there’s a really simple thing I can do. Take a breath. The intake of air is Spirit supporting me, filling my body with life force energy. As I release my breath, I am trusting Spirit to fill me up again. And it does. Even if I’m feeling fully connected to Spirit, taking a breath to remind me of Its presence is a way to amplify what I already know. Spirit is my life.
