Everyone needs love and self-care. I am no different than anyone else in this respect. If I think I can push myself too hard and still have anything left to give to myself or others, I am wrong. Today I remember the incredible rejuvenating power of self-care. When I take good care of myself, everyone is the better for it. Including and especially me!
