As I think about stressful things, more stressful things line up in my thinking. When I remember to stop and take a breath, I can choose my line of thinking. I can choose peace. One thought at a time. I can think about all the things in my life that are working well. Thoughts still line up to be thought next, but they are thoughts that make me feel better. I am at choice when I remember to be.
