As I pay attention to my wants and needs in every area of life, I may discover situations that I’ve outgrown. This doesn’t mean that the person, place, or thing I’ve outgrown is “bad,” it just means that we are no longer a match. When I realize I need to move on from something, I am gentle with myself. I am gentle with what is being released. This gentleness allows me to leave with grace and ease.
