Lies never last. The truth is always there, waiting for the lie to give up the illusion. When I tell myself a lie, I know it. Even if I don’t want to admit that I know it. But the truth always prevails. As I grow in spiritual awareness, I see the value in releasing the lies as soon as I am aware of them. The truth feels sooooooo much better! There is energy, beauty, and power in the truth.
