If I’m trying to appear super chill and spiritual, getting angry doesn’t go along with my chill image. But getting angry is part of life! There’s lots of energy stored in anger, and when I simply allow myself to feel it – without acting out and harming myself or others – my anger is a fuel. Righteous anger can help me set a boundary. Irrational anger can simply be observed and released. I feel it all!
