I receive ideas from other people all the time. Whether it’s something I read, watch, or hear, or something someone tells me directly, I’m always at choice. Are the ideas empowering to me? Do they lift me up and fill me with a sense of ease and expansion? No? Then I release what they’re saying, no matter how well-meaning it may be. I fill my mind and my life with inspiration. Because I’m a badass like that!
