It’s always a good time for gratitude. In the dark of night, when I can’t sleep. When I’m on hold with a phone call. When I’m stuck in traffic. When I’m in the middle of a disagreement with someone and need to return to center. When gratitude is the thread, the tapestry of my life is rich indeed. Today I call on gratitude. I bust it out when I’m happy. I bust it out when I’m sad. I bust it out all day!
