Giving myself time for space every day allows me to keep stress at bay. When I am in my spacious place – be it meditation, yoga, or a walk in nature – stress can’t help but recede. In my spacious place, I can relax. I can let my body, mind, and soul melt into Divine love and grace. Then, when I jump back into the world, I take a piece of this love and grace with me. Hallelujah!
