Slowing down just a little can bring big benefits. I am more aware of my surroundings. I am more aware of my body. I can make choices from a place of calm and presence. Today I choose to Slow. Down. I breathe. I relax. I move my body through the world with patient awareness. Slowing down reveals a world to me previously inaccessible when I was in a rush. Today I marvel at the wonders of that world.
