It’s easy to think that I need to say everything that pops into my mind. But do I? Taking just a smidge of time to think about the quality of my freshly-popped thoughts can have great value for me. Does this thought contribute something positive, loving, or constructive to the world? If not, I can let it go. Committing only non-toxic thoughts to speech is good for my mind, my heart, and the world.
