Within me lies the heart of a tender young child. This child thrives on love and affirmation. This child withers when ignored or denigrated. Today I show my precious inner child some love. I may visualize them surrounded by light. I may spend some time talking to them. I may participate in an activity that soothes them. However I show love, the most important thing is to show it!
