Being grumpy is no fun. And yet, when I’m in a grumpy mood, I can feel stuck. It’s almost like I want to stay grumpy. When I’m feeling caught in the grumps, there’s something I can try. Even if I’m not in the mood, even if it feels like I’m going through the motions, I can list things in my life I’m grateful for. And not just one thing. A whole list. This practice can turn around the grumps, whether I like it or not!
