My feelings are a rich and varied. Today I make room for all of them. If I feel anger, I simply allow myself to feel it. Where do I experience it in my body? What is happening in my mind? In my heart? I do the same thing with every feeling I experience today. As I do so, I see that feelings are simply that: Feelings. I don’t have to act on them or change my life because of them. I simply need to feel them.
