I take my cue from cats today. I pay close attention to my inner guidance. I say No when I mean No and Yes when I mean Yes. If anyone takes my self-care needs personally, that’s on them. I don’t need to apologize for my needs. Cats don’t! It’s appropriate to love myself and I know it. Because of this, I purr more. I lounge. I play. I pounce. What a great way to live!
