I love helping people I love. But sometimes I can’t help. They may not want my help. They may reject my help when I try to give it. Or I may sense that giving them help directly is not what the situation calls for. In all those cases, I can still help. I can send them love. I can send them light. I can imagine them as gloriously happy and fulfilled. This is always a good thing to do. And it uplifts me too!
