Separation is a creation of my mind. No matter how separate things may appear in material form, everything is one. My spiritual practice helps me to see and feel the ultimate unity of all of creation. As I experience this unity for myself, my sense of separation lessens. And what’s even cooler? Spirit is what connects us all together. And Spirit is Love itself. So my enhanced sense of unity is an enhanced sense of Love.
