Studies have shown that my attitude toward stress deter­mines how it affects me. If I view stress negatively, it has a negative impact. If I view stress as a positive factor in my life, it energizes me. How about that?! Today I make friends with the stress in my life. I reframe it as energy. I reframe it as excite­ment. Who says stress has to be bad for me? I’m the boss of that choice!
