I take a deep breath in. And I let it out. I take another deep breath in. And I let it out. I take yet another deep breath in. And I let it out. I am always breathing. As long as I’m alive, I am breathing in and out. But when I am conscious of my breath, and when I slow down enough to take a deep breath, it changes me. I am calmer. I am more aware. And I am ready to do whatever is in front of me.
