It’s a good thing to be grateful, any time of day. But when I remember to be grateful at night, I sleep in the energy of gratitude all night long! So I count my blessings, including noticing those things I sometimes forget to be thankful for, things I take for granted. Like oxygen! I allow myself to fall asleep in this vibrational field of gratitude. It blesses my body and being. All. Night. Long.
