I live in a world of so-called experts. Any question I have, there’s someone out there who has an answer for me. And while it can be helpful at times to rely on the assistance and expertise of other humans, I remember today that I have an even-more-reliable source of knowledge within. Any time I feel conflict about an “expert” opinion, I can test it against my own intuition, the best expert of all.
